You will have to connect your device to PS3 via USB cable. Go to Remote Play under Settings and Register New Device. Second task is registering your device to your PS3. There are 3 options under Remote Play box of SFO editor, I don’t understand what they are yet, but the default setting is the 3rd one so I assume it’s about Display and Audio. What you have to do is very simple, all you have to do is to enable Remote Play mode of the game by modifying PARAM.SFO file with ps3tools. By the way, your PS3 should be upgraded to recent CFWs to have Remote Play feature. I haven’t had much time to test all but I am very positive about this. I could play Dragon Age Ultimate Version smoothly, I also tried Fifa15 but it got hang on the splash screen of the game.

I don’t have a PS Vita (hoping to get one soon), I only have a PSP so I gave it go. The main hardware concern is PSP resolution, it is too low. But then this is not a hardware requirement because Remote Play is technically Game Streaming, I assume. Apparently, not all PS3 games are officially allowed for Remote Play on PSP and PS Vita.

I believe that you have heard about Remote Play on PS4, and I bet you have seen that option in your PS3 also.

I planned to post it long ago but forgot, and since many people have looked at this post, I decided to post this one which will show you how to convert PS2 ISO to a PKG now. UPDATE: This is an extra process to play PS2 games, it will take a little more time but it’s worthy. FYI, it also doesn’t work if you copy the PS2 Classic package to external hdd. The application will play the game if it failed, try to load the game again from Multiman, but if it failed multiple times that means you can’t play that game. Now, go to PS2 Place Holder and run application. After the conversion, you can click on the game which was converted (the name should mention about PS2 Classic), Multiman will take a little time to set up the game for the first run and it will bring you back to XMB. Plug in your external hdd to PS3 and go to Retro tab in Multiman, you’ll see your PS2 games, click on the one you’d want to play and Multiman will convert the games to PS2 Classic package which is stored in PS2ISO inside the internal hdd. Be noted that PS2 games can only be played internally. Now create a PS2ISO folder in the root of your external hdd and copy your games to it. mds my suggestion is: Don’t convert them to.

After that, you should decide whether you want to store the games internal or external for playing, and the method is the same. cue, I believe that PS3 can read those two but I prefer to convert it to. When you extract the compress download file, most likely you’ll have 2 files. This is my own uploaded games collection. *PS3 games on PSP and PS Vita section is at the bottom. Some games can and cannot be played, so you better test after downloading. There are many websites that you can download PSX and PS2 games from, my usual is. Requirements: PS3 with CFW, memory cards are created and MultiMan is installed.
